Reminder for WP
In case you didn't received my message for any reasons,
Here's a good news.

WP CA2 and CA3 that are supposedly dued on 7th of January is now extended to the 14th of January.

HOWEVER
you are still required to attend the class on 7th January (attendance will be taken) as it is meant for consultation if there are any problems you faced when doing the CA2 and CA3. You should bring your project files and attempt to finish it in class (if you haven't done so)

and yes, holiday is ending and school is reopening on Monday, 4th January.
so, please do attend lessons as in less than 7 weeks, our exams are coming in again.

TERM BREAK WOOHOO!
HELLO EVERYONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Yes, I officially love term break.

Anyhow, here's a list of stuff to do before we return to school:
(I'm sorry to break the party :( )

DVPA: Best to shoot your commercial during term break. Refer to the DVPA handout on camera & powerbook bookings :)

WP: Do up your flash banner and individual webpages as assigned in WP CA1 before Thursday after term break. Again, do refer to the WP handout for added info.

IVP: Best to do up your CA2 on Discussion Cafe before term because presentation is in Week 13 & 14. That means if you're lucky/unlucky (depending on how you see it), your group will have to present the week after the first week of term.

On Blackboard, you'll find the IVP overview as well as assessment rubrics & the like for IVP. Looks useful, if you ask me :)

Econs: I hate all of these weekly quizzes. Making us work so hard for participation marks ><

Anyhow, there are TWO quizzes to do on Blackboard.

First one is a mid-semester revision on Chapter 1-4. I haven't touched that one so I can't give you guys any lobangs.

But...

The second one is a quiz on Chapter 5: Production & Cost. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS WITHOUT YOUR NOTES UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW CHAPTER 5 WELL.

I can safely say that with your notes and some careful analysis, it should be easy.

When you reach the question on doing up a table for cost, DO NOT TYPE IN THE DOLLAR SIGN IN ANY BOX! You'll waste 100 marks just like that.
(I had to do 2 failed attempts before I realised the technical error.)

Any other lobangs, text me lah. It's a bit too public to put here, right? Or am I wrong? Hmm.

--

That's about it.

HAPPY HOLIDAYINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! (Y)

HEY GUYS!
A short announcement.

Your seat number and exam venue are now up on Blackboard. That means you can check out your completed exam schedule now.

Just to remind:

FOM - 26 Aug, Wed, 9-11.10am
ICP - 1 Sep, Tue, 9-11.10am

Venues for each candidate may be different, so don't expect the entire class to be at the same venue, although that might happen if last-minute changes have been put in place.

BEST OF LUCK FOR THE EXAMS!

01 SAY SIOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!
